Sorry if this appears twice...
Food and clothes are two different stories for me. I ONLY eat organic, healthy food but I wear a lot of clothes that come from sweatshops. The price increase to eat healthy and chemical free food is a lot less extreme than the price increase between a shirt made in a chinese factory and one made under good conditions. Beyond that, a lot of designer wear is made under not so great conditions and with crappy materials and it still retardedly expensive...so a lot of time it isn't any better to spend more.

no. no. no. shorts are only for hiking, the beach and the gym (plus other outdoor recreation or sleeping)! i don't care about formal shorts, bermudas, etc. they are so foul and horrid. wear a short skirt to show some leg in the city.

Whoa, whoa, there are boots that are way more terrifying and goth than docs! I have to say, I miss my old black doc martens... they were perfect with a swirly, girlie skirt, wife beater, retro grandpa cardigan with some kind of sparkly broach and most likely a kicky little hat. I've since moved on fashion wise, but I wake up almost every day, wanting to put on that outfit, smoke a cigarette (kicked out with the boots), drink some coffee and stomp around!
