Won't be surprised if the prices are jacked up. The Kate Moss line sure is, at least in Canada. I have a pair of jeans that cost me like $140 Canadian. Price in the UK? 50 pounds or $100 Canadian. What's with the $40 diff?

I never really got this look. I mean, if you live in warm parts of the world, by all means, war shorts, but shorts w/ tights looks funny to me.

I agree with the poster above about 13 being too young. Personally, I think models should be between 18-25, maybe even older, unless they're modeling for things aimed at the Cosmo Girl/Seventeen market. But what am I to say? As a petite activist, most of the fashion world already find me weird.

I should also add that girls who start modeling at say, 16 or 18 may very well have a LONGER career than someone who is 13. A 16 year old's figure is pretty much set. It isn't going to change a great deal providing that she maintains it. Not so for someone who is 13.

My family's from Hong Kong. I'm expected to have not one, but two dresses for my wedding. A white one for the official ceremony, and a red qi pao (cheong sam) or kwa (two piece - I'll probably have this one, since most of my family is from southern China.)

Paige is great (though a little long for petite...I have to wear heels, and I usually don't need heels for petite jeans...dress pants are another matter. So many dress pants are severely vanity sized! Size 0P is really a 2P!) I also have a pair of 7s that are approximately 29 1/2" or 30". Christa Jean over at petitefashionista.com recommends Joe's (Provocateurs)

You would be able to find size 5.5 shoes. Stuart Weitzman has size 5.5 in pretty much ALL his lines, and most start at a 4 or 4.5. MICHAEL Michael Kors has size 5s as well. However, good luck finding these sizes on sale (another place to try for smaller shoes: ASIAN MALLS! They're usually found in suburbs that have a significant Asian population. In Toronto, many smaller women go to Pacific Mall (www.pacificmalltoronto.com)

Have you considered wearing petite tops and pants for taller people?

A little bright for my tastes and really doesn't look that great on darker hair and skintone.

Can't wait to see a magazine do a spread on non-standard size designers such as TLE Designs though.

Usually, I only find Coach tacky if it's those bags with their logo all over. However, I find the colouring in this particular one horrid.
