Marc Jacobs may have taken down his infamous page, but Karl Lagerfeld is now digital, thanks to his new movie.
Lagerfeld Confidential hits screens soon - sooner, if you’re in Europe - and with it comes a MySpace page full of Karl clips, candid photos, and comments infused with various degrees of worship.
There’s also a private page, supposedly kept by Karl himself and branded with the Chanel logo.
Is it part of his “grating obsession with youth” or just a fan page gone too far?
Also: Karl’s MySpace quote is, “I don’t want to be a reality in people’s life. I want to be like an apparition.”
Maybe that’s why he wants you to be his fake friend.
