What gets dropped more than a Little League baseball?

The names Gucci, Cristal, and Prada, at least when you're listening to rap.

That's why we were giggling like fourth graders this morning, when we heard the new Kanye West song "Glory." It's a typically dizzy tune, with references flying faster than the Road Runner and Kanye claiming he's cooler than James Dean.

But there was one lyric that really got us:

"What I sposed to do now man the game all messed up? How I sp'osed to stand out when everybody get dressed up? So yeah at the Grammy's I went Ultra Travota."

Aww.

We bet John Whitledge is smiling so hard right now...

i think he is saying "i went ultra travolta" as in john. which makes more sense because what do khakis have to do with the grammys.

"so yeah at the grammies i went ultra travolta" anon is right about the correction, and i believe he wore a white suit ( as in Saturday Night Fever)

Yea i think he was alluding to Saturday Night fever( The outift with the gloves and kool mo dee glasses + lotsa chest hair). On his blog, when he was in paris he even talked about the outfitand how Stefano pilati designed it.

Wow way to mess up the lyrics. Why would he go ultra trovata when he was dressed up like SNF Travolta.
