Ever since Rodnik designers Richard Ascott and Philip Colbert showed up on the fashion scene 4 years ago, selling delicate Russian scarves and twirling parasols, they’ve been one of fashion’s coolest pairs.
And now they’re even cooler—
Because now they’re rock stars.
The Rodnik duo is in New York, gearing up for the first show of their We are not a rock b(r)and World Tour. They’ll be playing this Saturday, 2 pm, on the Barneys 8th floor.
Phil will be doing vocals and Rich will be drumming. The songs? A collaborative effort, with a fashion focus.
If you aren’t in New York, Rodnik may soon be coming to your town:
they’re playing shows this fall in London, Milan (at fabled boutique 10 Corso Como), Paris, LA (at Maxfield), and Tokyo (at the Comme des Garcons store).
Rock on, Rodnik!
