Meanwhile, a billowy blouse is great for thunderstorms when it's too warm to wear a jacket - just wear it over a tank and peel off when you get to your destination.

yeh, its cute, but not exactly fashion forward. Kate Moss was wearing this two years ago at glastonbury, and every girl at a music festival in the uk has worn this during the washout summer. it's a good look, but not groundbreaking.
