Who's the New Gisele?

Page Six is way harsh on Gisele today, reporting that the model will leave Victoria's Secret because her $5 million contract can't hold up. Their source says, "Victoria's Secret doesn't care. They have five new hotter, younger girls debuting next year. And they won't have to deal with any craziness."

Interesting.

But if Victoria's Secret can replace Gisele, they'll need a vaguely blonde bombshell with sex appeal and high fashion cred. She should also be slightly normal - most girls can't imagine being Heidi Klum or Alessandra Ambrosio, but somehow becoming Gisele in the bedroom isn't so hard. Trust us, we've tried.

Anyway, our pics for nouveau Gisele come from last season's Victoria's Secret runway: Caroline Trentini is also Brazilian, also hot, and also in the favor of Anna Wintour - a triple threat indeed. Meanwhile, Canadian Heather Marks looks so good in a bikini she could easily stop traffic, and her huge smile wouldn't scare girls off at the mall. And Jessica Stam would be the ultimate Angel, but is her career too haute for a permanent mass market deal?

out of stam, trentini & marks, i'd say trentini, but they are all in a different league than gisele. however, they fit the pink demographic better so maybe bring in someone new?

i <3 stam, but she doesn't have any breasts. if i had to pick from these three, i'd say trentini hands down.

I don't want to see Gisele gone at all as I think she's gorgeous. But if they are to replace her then I'd pick Caroline Trentini. (Then again I am the biased Brasilian who replied.)

izabel goulart is a pretty safe pick but my choice is flavia de oliveira- she has the boobs, she has the brazilian flava, she has the high fashion experience, and something about her seems attainable.

she's got lips and actual curves. Love how she calls her thighs "heavy" in Vogue.

Stam's peepers are way too ice princess. Gorgeous girl but a very aspirational.

Curvy thighs? All I need to aspire to do is look down.

Izabel just changed her management so she could re-focus her career on high fashion because she was going down the VS path too fast...Cuz she's that obvious...Trentini seems to be another obvious pick since she actually has breasts, but perhaps someone totally different would be better. Why does she have to be "vaguely blond" and a brazilian bombshell? its not 2001 anymore. What about Hillary Rhoda, now that she has new boobs and a healthier figure and seems keen to an endorsement deal, or Daria? I'd buy VS if Lara Stone was modeling in it all 40's pin up like. But that's if they wanted to class it up, which I'm sure isn't the case. I'm more a calvin guy myself. Oh and Stam would be a long shot, no boobs, not healthy, average body, not aspirational. Heather marks seems more Pink to me.

I think she has to be blonde, or at least vaguely blonde, because Selita and Alessandra both have dark hair so they'd need a girl who could contrast.

Lara Stone is a great suggestion but I don't think they'd do it and I don't think she'd do it either.

Personally, I think Cintia Dicker is the sexiest girl on earth, and I wish they'd pick her.

but, let's be honest, there is no NEXT gisele. she's the biggest supermodel (read: transcending the fashion industry to be known in the mainstream) of the last decade.

all that said, they should go celebrity and get dita von teese. respect!

VS better not join the celebrity spokesperson bandwagon.
VS could stick with their current lineup, rely on the angels they have - KK, alessandra, adriana, etc.- or they could veer in the sports illlustrated direction even more and go with someone like tori praver or get more "high" fashion models like anja or valentina who both have commercial appeal.
but gisele is probably irreplaceable in terms of mainstream recognition and sex appeal.

I saw a new Victoria Secret preview ad and it showed Miranda Kerr with wings drawn on her. I don't know if that means anything but it may be a sign.

Miranda Kerr is bo-ring! She can sell cosmetics because she has an amazing commercial face but really boring-
Hilary gained some weight so the boobs are a new development if she paid for em or not is anyones guess.
I absolutely love Flavia she is soooo sweet she could totally be a hotter, spicier Heidi klum. Juliana Imai also has bombshell looks with a fun, upbeat demeanor and is a bit under the radar (for now). I still say that VS needs an classy update so I'm all for a suprise.

None of them have the curves Gisele has, therefore, non of them are sexy enough. Lets not be delusional, seeing them waifs in bras makes me feel like a pedofile looking at young girls...PASS!!

doutzen has already appeared in their catalog, no? so she wouldnt be debuting? My dream list for 5 new vs faves would be bianca balti, flavia oliveira, ajuma nasenyana, Rianne, and alyssa miller, theyre all very hot, very sultry faces...if theyre going to hype some of their existing girls or girls that have worked for them before then it would be aurelia gliwski, rosie hungtington, doutzen, fabiana semprebom, and natalya gotsyii...doutzen could be the blonde...ok this is getting embarrassing for me lol

I think Gisele is unique, nobody will never be like her. But for the position of Angel number 1, between all the three options, I would stay with Carol. She's the most beautiful, she looks at the same time sexy and innocent. But I think Brazilians are the sexiest - Alessandra, Adriana, Flávia, Izabel, Isabeli, Ana Beatriz - no matter who, they're all sexy and able.
