We love everything about Rihanna, but lately we’ve been wondering:
Is her style going the way of Hedi Slimane and Surface 2 Air?
Witness her recent Umbrella video, where she rocks a sharp sliver of a bob, yesterday’s eyeliner, and a dress that’s halfway between Versace and Urban Outfitters.
Rihanna looks incredible but she also looks familiar -
A lot, in fact, like DJ Leigh Lezark.
Her costume institute choice was equally Houston-and-Rivington - a white gown with scuffy black gloves, and again with the hair and the eyeliner.
We’re anxious to see more of her style this season - if she starts to layer shredded tanks and pair them with anorexic black jeans, we’ll know for sure that she’s inspired by The Cobra Snake.
(Also: wouldn’t she look beautiful on a Nylon cover?)

i can see a slight (v. slight!) resemblance in style... but come on, leigh lezark looks like julia restoin-whateverthef*ckhernameis. they could be sisters! and if by some chance they are sisters, dont shoot me for being ignorant.
