Yesterday’s Tyra Banks Show had the supermodel - and all of her audience members - in bright red bathing suits and stick-on letters declaring their weight. Most audience members were in the 130 zone.

The theme of the show was accepting your body, using Tyra’s cover of People as an example. It was a neat idea, which Tyra punctuated by making her audience fill in the blank: “I’m ______________, so what?” One round blonde said, “My thighs rub together when I walk, so what?” Another woman, who lost over a hundred pounds, declared “I didn’t lose those last fifteen pounds, so what?”

Here would be mine: “Tyra runs a contest on a different TV show that you can’t enter if you’re under 5’9, and you can’t win unless your proportions are perfect. So what?”
